On Saturday, November 18, we're heading to the National Zoological Park in Washington, DC. There are numerous daily events, including animal feeding and training, so I encourage you to check out the event calendar a few days before the trip. We'll meet at 1:00 p.m. at the "Get Your Feet Wet" Tide Pool on the American Trail. If you haven't signed up, please let me know at Leslie.Ferrari@gmail.com if you're joining us. After sunset (5-ish), we’ll gather at Fat Pete’s BBQ for dinner. The restaurant is located at 3407 Connecticut Avenue, right by the Cleveland Park Metro station.
