The "Capture the Heart of America" Photo Contest for 2013 is sponsored by the Silos and Smoke Stacks National Heritage Area.  Awards are presented in each of five categories, as well as $500.00 for Best of Show.  Anyone can enter. The deadline for entry is October 19, 2013.
