Chip Bulgin to Judge October 3, 2011, “OPEN” Competition
Chip Bulgin is the judge for our “Open” competition on October 3, 2011. Although Chip no longer shoots full time for a living, he has shot professionally since the late 80’s, mostly jewelry and product imagery. He has taught at the Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts and with a friend has run a Baltimore meetup group dedicated to fashion, beauty and boudoir photography.
Remember that print entries must be registered in by 7:15 p.m.
